Andy Schader joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Managing Director and General Counsel of Silver Lake Partners. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Schader worked for seven years at Ropes & Gray LLP in its Boston office, where he specialized in leveraged buyouts and other private equity investments.
