Andy Nicholson is the senior vice president for the international client care organization. He is also a member of the Ciber Operating Committee and he leads the international market-facing sales force. His teams are responsible for identifying and developing segmentation strategies and solutions that will best serve our client’s needs. Before
joining Ciber, he was founder and CEO of Hortor, an IT managed services company.
Mr. Nicholson has more than 25 years of business and leadership experience across the technology sector. He is also non-executive director of K2C, which provides a full suite of fully integrated channels to market including Web, contact centers, mobile devices and social media. Prior to Hortor, he was the group managing director at ECS Group, an IT managed services company operating across the UK, India and South Africa.
Mr. Nicholson has significant global experience from BT Global Services where he managed a £1.6b global services business. He was a member of the Global Services Board of Directors and has held numerous senior leadership positions including president of their Global Banking and Financial Markets Business.
