Andy is senior vice president, international sales and marketing, with responsibility for the establishment and development of international business for Calix. Andy joined Calix after over 20 years at Cisco, where he held a wide range of international and cross-cultural leadership roles. Andy was instrumental in establishing several of
Cisco's key international business operations, including Cisco Japan, the Asia Pacific partner network, the UK sales operation, and the European service provider organization. He also led a number of significant Cisco international organizations, serving as vice president responsible for Cisco in Japan, Northern Europe, and the Benelux countries. Andy is a dual British-Canadian citizen and has trilingual capabilities in English, French, and Japanese.
He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BSEE from the University of British Columbia.
