Andy Gloor serves as the Managing Principal of Sterling Bay, a commercial real estate investment and development firm established in 1986. Andy currently focuses on deal sourcing and structure, investor relations and lease negotiations.
Andy joined Sterling Bay in 2002 as a principal. Prior to joining the company, Andy was a managing director at
Insignia/ESG, where he was involved in over five million square feet of commercial real estate transactions. For over 18 years, Andy has built an extensive network of professional relationships through his consistent successes in the Chicago real estate industry. It is typically this network that provides the firm with access to off-market transactions and uniquely positioned equity. Under Andy’s direction, Sterling Bay successfully redeveloped and leased over 1.6 million square feet of creative loft office space in Chicago between 2012 and 2014, executing long-term leases with major corporations including Google, Gogo and Hillshire.
