Andy is a insurance change specialist with 25 years experience helping companies make a success of business transformation, financing and integration.As a former leader of global change for AIG, he directed a range of operational, organisational and digital transformations which resulted in cost savings of over $100m, capital optimisation of $1bn
and oversaw a $1bn portfolio of global programmes across the Commercial Insurance business. He also directed the Group’s market leading Brexit resilience strategy, involving the development of an innovative model for London Market business and the transfer of over 50 million policyholders. Prior to AIG, Andy led EY’s transaction practices in the Middle East and Japan advising hundreds of businesses on start-up planning, capital financing and m&a/post merger integration.
