I'm a founder and CEO of Atmosphere Fitness Club in Vladimir, Russia. I'm a founder of SKLLZZ.com I am married and have 3 sons (16y, 9y, 1y). I have had 2 lives. In the first one I was a lawyer, but after 17 years of practicing law I got bored with it. I had some investments in real estate that made me feel confident about my future
without practicing law. I asked myself, "Why not? If I am not happy with my job anymore, why shouldn’t I try something different?" So, three years ago I made a decision to change my life. I left the law company and started a completely different business. We opened Atmosphere Fitness - a modern health club with values of innovation, motivation and expertise. More than anything we aim to create a, “third place,” where people enjoy spending their time between work and home. Due to the best team and great advisers we have created one of the best facilities in Russia, with a near-perfect customer experience (our average NPS is 82%). We use unique technologies surrounding member engagement and entertainment and a proprietary digital gaming platform to help us create exciting fitness routines and retain members. I have given speeches at major Russian fitness conferences like GlobalFitnessRussia and MIOFF. At Atmosphere Fitness we have established The Atmosphere Academy to share our expertise and experience with management and shareholders of other fitness facilities from all over Russia. I would love to share my thoughts and passion for fitness with colleagues all around the world. I am competent in matters such as customer experience, engagement of beginners, member retention, fitness brand development, fitness business management, team building. strategic marketing, content marketing and event marketing in the fitness industry. In my previous life I was also a producer of the band, RekordOrkestr which had a national hit with over 100,000,000 views on YouTube (strange case for ex-lawyer and fitness club owner, but it's true - I love music and art, so if I had a chance to support good musicians - I do). I continue to invest in a range of commercial real estate - hotels, business centers, warehouses and industrial buildings. Some of these facilities were built by me, some were reconstructed. So, I also have experience in building and reconstruction. Now, me and my co-founders, are working on fitness app for gamified fitness - SKLLZZ.com
