Mr. Widmark is based in the United States and is a founder and Managing Director of Mark Ventures, serving part-time to our company. He also serves as President and CEO of Mark Properties, a real estate investment firm. He has an impresive track record, backed by 30 years of investment experience. As CEO and General Partner of a number of Real
Estate investment entities, Mr. Widmark formulates the operating and leasing strategy for a substantial portfolio of properties. Prior to the formation of the company in 1987, he was a Professor of Law at Rutgers School of Law, a practicing attorney, President and CEO of Kerr Concrete Pipe Co., and President and CEO of Galesi Realty Corp. Since 1987, he has been a professor of the Practice of Real Estate Entrepreneurship at Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. After his honorable discharge from the USMC, Mr. Widmark earned a BS at Farleigh Dickinson University, an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a JD at Rutgers School of Law.
