Andrew Schaps joined Neat in 2004 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Development. In his role, he oversees all of Neat's product development, operations, and research & development efforts. Prior to his current role, Andrew held a variety of engineering positions within the company, working closely with each of Neat’s
various products. Before joining Neat, Andrew was lead developer for E-Staff (later acquired by Cross Country TravCorps), which developed a web-based “employee-centric” communication, scheduling, and training service for the healthcare industry. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering.
