Since joining the BBA as a policy director in 2010, Andrew Rogan has been responsible for the BBA’s post-trade policy. Alongside his focus on clearing, settlement, custody, client assets and infrastructure, Andrew is also responsible for business continuity matters, representing the BBA and its members on a number of important industry and
government forums designed to protect customers, clients and the wider wholesale markets. Andrew has extensive public sector experience in both the UK and Australia.
Prior to joining the BBA Andrew worked at the Department of Energy and Climate Change, the Security Industry Authority and the Office for Fair Trading.
