Andrew joined Inflexion in 2004 and is a Partner in Inflexion’s Enterprise Fund team. Inflexion’s Enterprise Fund is dedicated to accelerating growth in lower mid-market companies, bringing market-leading investment expertise to companies with an equity requirement of £10m to £20m.
Andrew co-led our investments in K2 Partnering Solutions,
Shimtech and Succession. Andrew sits on the boards of both K2 and Succession. He also co-led the investment and subsequent sale of Marston Group, Red Commerce, as well as investments in Harrington Brooks, Pims Group and Optionis.
Previously, Andrew spent five years at Catalyst Fund Management and Research, a private equity investor specialising in the financial services sector. Prior to Catalyst, Andrew trained as a chartered accountant at Smith and Williamson.
During his time at Inflexion, Andrew has maintained his interest in financial services while mainly focusing on the business services sector. Andrew has an eye for a good business and a particular skill at finding well run, successful companies where an injection of capital and business support can facilitate exponential growth.
