Andrew joined Vision Capital as General Counsel in 2009, and is a Partner of the firm. Andrew oversees the execution of all transactions and fundraising, attends meetings of the Investment Committee, and performs a general risk management role for Vision Capital and its funds. He is also a member of the Board of Vision Capital LLP.
He was
previously MD for Legal and Operations at Baugur Group, which he joined in 2005. Prior to this, he trained with SJ Berwin and qualified as a solicitor in 2000, specialising in private equity. Andrew graduated from the University of Manchester with a LLB (Hons), and completed his postgraduate training at The College of Law. He is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
Andrew was listed in the Financial News 2013 “40 under 40” rising stars of the European legal profession.
