Andrew joined Boston Community Capital in April 2012 as Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, Andrew is responsible for technology insurance, human resources, vendor and facility management. He also leads strategic improvement projects linked to the growth of BCC and its lines of business. Andrew brings to this position over 17
years of experience leading the operations of both professional and non-profit groups through growth and transition phases.
Prior to joining Boston Community Capital, Andrew was a Product Manager & Account Manager with Dovetail Health and spent 10 years as the COO of ASV Technologies, a leading multi-national banking check fraud solution provider. Andrew also served as VP of Operations & Business Development for Itenki Health, an early-stage eHealth company. He began his career as a healthcare and technology investment banker with Adams, Harkness & Hill, where he completed over 40 financial and strategic advisory engagements including M&A advisory services as well as public/private equity financings.
Andrew has a degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and has served on the Board of several Boston-area non-profit organizations.
