Mr. Ferber is co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of T+ink and has been spear heading the corporate initiatives of the company in establishing long term strategic relationships and acquisitions. Mr. Ferber spearheaded the first Touchpac Joint Venture with award winning technology partner Printechnologics and than worked with their management to
acquire of the company from 3M. He continues to work with our team to identify and partner with additional complimentary technologies that fit with the strategic scope of our business. He has also worked with our team to establish partnerships with Sun Chemical and Dupont and RockTenn. Mr. Ferber has been instrumental in the company’s corporate re-structuring andl ong term strategic planning and capitalization. Mr. Ferber is also founder of Colortronics that developed the first pioneering patents, which became the basis for the establishment of T+ink and co-ventured with Engelhard to develop abusiness to commercialize the patented conductive ink technology. Mr. Ferber’s pioneering patents applications were the foundation and are part of T+ink’sgrowing portfolio of IP.
