Dr. Levin is the founder of the company and developed its first patented products. He has over 20 years of research experience focused on infectious disease assay techniques and a large portfolio of patents and intellectual property. He has overseen the development and production of over 20 in vitro diagnostic products and 10 instruments. He
organized and directed clinical trials and FDA submissions for five products which resulted in FDA approvals.
Dr. Levin has been awarded over eighteen SBIR grants and contracts from the NIH and CDC. Prior to founding Immunetics, he was the recipient of an NIH postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University.
Dr. Levin received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Princeton University and Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from The University of Wisconsin.
