Andrew is co-founder and CEO of InPolicy-- Policy Infrastructure for Enterprise AI.
In his previous role at Google, Andrew led “Gemini in Looker”, applying evolving AI technology to the business intelligence space. Even before Gemini models were available, Andrew led the effort that brought together 30+ engineers, marketers, designers, and product
managers in developing a strategy and then racing to build prototypes-- which he introduced onstage at Google Cloud Next 2023. Andrew then led the central "Gemini in Looker" efforts, with scope across diverse areas like privacy, compliance, chip capacity planning, commercialization, and AI quality.
Previously, Andrew was VP, Product Management at BOLD, a jobs and careers industry technology company. Andrew built and led a globally distributed team-- running established lines of business, driving R&D, and supporting M&A. This role included company-wide leadership in areas including innovation, pricing and profitability, and business intelligence.
Andrew is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a BSE in Industrial & Operations Engineering, and was the Roger M. Jones Fellow Abroad at Kellogg College, University of Oxford. He lives in San Francisco with his wife Amy and their two year old daughter.
