As Overactive’s CTO, Andrés is responsible for the company’s technological interests, and along with his team, the quality of our delivery focused on the best possible client experience. He also oversees Overactive’s technical capabilities offering and the hiring and career development of our technology and design talent.
With 20+ years of
experience in the IT industry, he started his career as a software developer and the evolution of his leadership and management skills throughout these years, have supported Overactive’s global expansion.
Andrés has a Software Engineering degree from Uruguay’s ORT University, where he also taught Software Design & Architecture, JAVA Web Development and .Net Development. He is SAP Integration certified and prior to joining Overactive, he held Guru, Tech Master and Tech Director roles in Globant, co-founded Qoollet and was a Tech Advisor in Facturu.
