Andrey Kosogov is a Russian businessman, Mr. Kosogov currently holds various positions within the Alfa Group Consortium, including as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Alfa Group Consortium. Mr. Kosogov graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1987 with a degree in thermal physics. In 1990, he became commercial director of a
