Andreas has over fifteen years of experience as a corporate and restructuring advisor for KPMG Transaction Services and Business Creation. Prior to the launch of Axivate Capital, he built a
strong track record in executing M&A transactions and hands-on investments during his time as Managing Partner of Plain Vanilla Investments. Andreas is also a hands-on investor specializing in leisure, professional services and consumer products.
