Andre Wandrag has a passion for capital management and sustainable wealth creation.
He qualified as a chartered accountant and completed his internship with Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1988 gaining extensive experience in auditing, financial management, accounting and tax.
While lecturing in tax, financial accounting and financial management
at the University of South Africa for 19 years, he also ran his own Accounting and Tax consultancy and successfully initiated a series of his own businesses and joined a few as investor in partnership.
His fields of experience include:
- financial management and services (financial analysis, valuations of businesses and financial instruments, mergers, acquisitions, liquidations, restructuring, etc),
- financial accounting, taxation and auditing,
- law of contracts,
- construction and property development,
- marketing and franchising,
- credit union savings and loans management,
- imports and exports,
- carbon credit offset and mitigation projects,
- hydro-electricity and cleaner fossil fuel technology, - financial market regulation and investment management.
Andre has consulted in South Africa, Switzerland, United States of America, Thailand and more recently in the United Arab Emirates.
His passion for business and capital management is only superseded by his believe that people should be the biggest asset of any company.
