Andre brings to his role at Identify more than 35 years of progressively responsible experience in sales and operational management at companies just beginning to generate revenues to those booking in excess of $1 billion. Along the way Andre has led technology-centered businesses through start-up, rapid growth, re-invention and survival. He has a
deep understanding of all sales methods and channels; direct, OEM, wholesale, retail, catalog and government.
Prior to joining Identify, Andre was Founder and President of SolutionSalesForce.com, a consulting firm specializing in security solutions and software applications, such as application performance management, business portfolio management and distributed resource management.
Before that, Andre spent ten years as Vice President of Sales for Compuware Corporation. He created its international sales division that focused on development of security debugging and testing software applications that contributed over $1 billion in revenue during that time span before being acquired along with Borland Inc. by MicroFocus, Inc. In addition, Andre was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lowry Computer products, a value-added re-seller and systems integrator that specialized in security software, including biometric applications. While there he managed Lowry’s business relationship with Ingram Micro, the $40 billion technology distributor representing such strategic security system manufacturers as Motorola, Honeywell and Intermec. Earlier in his career, Andre founded Tech Test Inc., a reseller of technology hardware and software representing HP, Fluke and SPX, in the security solution arena.
Andre was honored as an American Association of Inside Sales Professionals’ Innovator and is a certified solution sales consultant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William Paterson University and did graduate studies in Behavior Analysis Psychology at Farleigh Dickinson University; both schools are in New Jersey.
