Andre retired as a Partner of Goldman Sachs in 2016, where he was head of Latin America Equities. He served on the growth markets executive committee, risk management commitee,Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs Brazil and was a member of the Brazil Management Committee, Brazil Risk Committee and the Latin America Operating Committee. Previously,
Andre was head of Latin America trading in New York. He joined Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2008 and was named partner in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Andre worked at Fortis Bank as global head of equities trading from 2002 to 2008. Andre serves on the Board of Directors of BrazilFoundation, a nonprofit organization and Chairman of Hotel Urbano.
