Andre manages all Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Legal and Human Resources activities. He previously served as WellAware’s Controller, while also leading business development in Latin America. Prior to joining WellAware, Andre was Controller for the City of San Antonio. He spent nearly a decade in public accounting working for EY’s assurance
practice with a principal focus on telecommunications.
Andre holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Accounting from the University of Virginia and St. Mary’s University, respectively, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
