Amy Welsh has been accelerating sales productivity and transforming sales organizations for the past 25 years. She is a hands-on Executive Sales Leader with expertise in applying analytics to the complete sales life cycle, starting with lead funnel conversion rates, pipeline analysis and sales conversion rates in order to fast track sales cycles,
optimize sales opportunities and augment revenue. Her entrepreneurial and breadth of sales management experience spans a multitude of sales models from inside sales, business development, field sales, channel partners and international distribution to SaaS models.
Amy designs, develops and delivers sales programs, tools, training, coaching and advisory services. Under her leadership she is able to engage disconnected individuals, teams and organizations by applying agile practices and experiential techniques to transform behaviors, resulting in the achievement of sales goals and quarter-over-quarter incremental performance improvement.
Prior to working with Insight, Amy held Executive Sales Leadership positions as GM/VP Sales for Emergn; VP Sales for Nestor and Brainstorm Technologies; and Senior Director Sales Management at Computer Associates and Harvard Business School Publishing.
