As Vice President of Client Services, Amy consults with new and existing clients and
identifies ways for ABR to collaborate with them on training, coaching, and consulting solutions. Her position allows her to maintain and deepen relationships with clients to diagnose needs for future training, follow-up training, and coaching opportunities. Amy values this role, as solid relationships are the core element that differentiates ABR. Nearly every client that works with ABR continues to come back to them for their training needs, year after year.
Amy understands the diverse needs of today’s organizations, including increased sales performance, stellar leadership and coaching skills, strong communication, and in-depth product knowledge. Her leadership on the ABR team has helped the company to consistently create high-quality learning solutions.
