Amy has served as our Vice President, People and Culture since August 2018, when she was promoted from her position as Senior Director of Human Resources. Amy is the longest-serving employee at Genomatica after Christophe Schilling. Since joining the firm in 2001 she has served multiple roles within Human Resources and Administration. Amy helps
ensure a keen, team-wide focus on our culture and values, while driving processes for a high-performance organization. She graduated from University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
