Amnon co-founded Reduxio with colleagues Mark Weiner and Nir Peleg. He is responsible for major parts of the product's design and development strategy. Amnon is an accomplished high-technology industry executive and visionary. He specializes in the architecture, design, prototyping, implementation and integration of complex systems in the
areas of operating systems, software/hardware interfaces, distributed computing, parallel computing, storage systems, and networking with over 30 years of relevant experience.
Amnon joins Reduxio from Tutis, a consulting firm founded by him and Nir Peleg. In Tutis he was responsible for various large-scale software projects such as leading the porting of Linux to a TI DSP platform for a set-top box product.
Among Tutis clients which Amnon advised to were Ethos Networks, EZchip, WebTview Ltd., Voltaire Inc., Texas Instruments, VCs firms and many others.
Amnon co-founded Exanet, an innovator in clustered file systems and clustered network-attached storage (NAS), and served as VP Software Development and Technologies.
Prior to Exanet, Amnon consulted to leading companies - Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), Compaq, HP, Amdocs and others. Prior to that Amnon worked as a Manager in CCI Israel/UniPower.
Amnon holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Tel-Aviv University. He also holds 8 U.S. patents and patents-pending in the areas of computer systems and storage scalability and reliability.
