Amitha joined Insight as a Director on the Data team, focused on managing technical and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Insight, Amitha was a product manager on the digital team for a flexible workspace startup, Industrious, focused on cross-functional growth projects, including managing their external website and the rollout of their
campaign attribution program.
Previously, Amitha worked at Novantas, a fintech provider that offers digital solutions to banks to improve their ability to acquire customers and revenue. Amitha specifically provided US and Canadian clients both analytic and strategic support in creating a better-optimized network distribution. Before Novantas, Amitha was a sell-side equity derivative strategist for BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs.
Amitha holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Operations Research from Cornell University.
