Amanda is the owner and MD of Alchemis, a specialist business development agency helping marketing, digital, creative, communications and research agencies win new clients. Her role as Managing Director primarily involves helping agencies develop a business development strategy that’s robust enough to take to market. This includes
defining/developing the proposition/s, determining who the best prospects are to target, helping to build relevant collateral and coaching the meeting attendees how to maximise opportunities.
Prior to Alchemis, Amanda spent 5 years in HR at a major retailer, 9 years in IT recruitment and 3 years in media sales.
