Aman brings with him 10 years of experience in finance and accounting and a strategic mindset for operational and managerial business strategy across a variety of industry verticals, including retail, media, IT and ITES, telecommunications, and the Internet.
Aman was with the Corporate Finance Division of Ernst and Young India as Associate Vice
President where he was primarily involved with valuation and business strategy assignments. Prior to that he was with the Investment Banking division of PaineWebber Incorporated in USA. At PaineWebber his focus was primarily on public and private equity, Mergers and Acquisitions.
He has worked closely on strategic initiatives with promoters and executive management of companies across the globe. A select representation of his clients include ITC, Godrej, Chambal, Birlasoft, NIIT, Nextel Communications, Global Light Telecommunications, Churchill, Webdunia, Millennium Information Technologies, and Aksh Optifiber.
Aman holds a BBA from Babson College, USA and a Diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics.
