Alysha Light is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Flight PR, a strategic advisory firm operating at the intersection of power, leadership decisions, and public consequence. With over 20 years of experience, she serves as a senior decision partner to founders and executive teams during critical inflection points—having steered the narrative
strategy behind $1B+ in funding announcements and 9 successful client exits.
Her work centers on narrative engineering—designing corporate narratives that carry authority not only with human stakeholders and the media, but within the AI-driven search and recommendation systems that increasingly shape market trust.
Alysha specializes in high-stakes environments where traditional communications tactics fall short, particularly across B2B technology, emerging tech, and regulated markets. Over the course of her career, she has led narrative strategy for more than 500 company and product launches across North America, LATAM, Europe, and China. Before founding Flight PR in 2013, she held senior leadership roles at global agencies including Cohn & Wolfe and DiGennaro Communications.
A recognized voice on executive thought leadership and crisis communications, Alysha has served as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas at Austin and a visiting lecturer at Pepperdine University. She currently mentors next-generation founders at Capital Factory, supporting leadership teams as they step into public authority and learn to operate with clarity under intense market scrutiny.
