She was a Senior Staff Scientist in Reliability and Yield at Analog Devices MEMS Division, worked at IBM and Digital, and is now a consultant with Veryst Engineering. She co-authored the textbook ‘MEMS Reliability,’ and has a ScB in Materials Engineering from Brown University and an ScM in Applied Physics from Harvard University.
