Allan Chen is one of the original founders of COBAN Technologies. Since the beginning, Allan has dedicated himself to the growth and success of the company. Currently, as Executive Vice President of Technology, Allan supervises the Software, IT, Engineering and Support Service departments. He is essential in determining the technology roadmap and
implementation of services to customers.
