Alison Ando is Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Lexington in March 2020, she served as a Managing Director in U.S. Real Estate at The Carlyle Group. Previously, she was Senior Counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she spent 17 years representing some of the largest private equity firms in the United States and Europe. She
has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Ms. Ando earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. She is a member of the New York State Bar.
