Dr. Ali Yarayan is a lawyer and specialist in commercial and corporate law (www.yarayan.com). He has been accompanying Mr. Schäfer for years. He was already convinced of the founding idea of "tire tread measurement" in the summer of 2005 and has meanwhile prepared various legal opinions on this subject: The general legal opinion, the
legal opinion on the calibration obligation and the legal opinion on the operator model. Dr. Yarayan is, in addition to his work as a lawyer, entrepreneurially active in various enterprises and scientific head of the research center for Turkish law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Furthermore, he is an expert of the Turkish delegation of the EU Commission. He advises CST GmbH on all legal issues.
