Ali Reza Shabani was born in Iran, and moved with his family to the United States in 1979. After elementary school in Iran, he finished his education in the United States and earned a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance.After school, Reza started A&R Development Corp, a construction project company that focused on
municipal heavy construction, primarily building roads and highways.
He also started A&R Capital Associates, which primarily invested in the design and development of commercial properties. His companies have completed projects in New York, Naples FL, Phoenix, AZ, and Las Vegas. In addition, Reza started Bluebridge mining, which operates in Bonneville, Kentucky.Reza maintains offices in New York and Naples. He is excited to be serving on NIAC’s board.
