Ali Alpay is the Senior Director of Surface Commercial Marketing Leader at Microsoft.
Ali Alpay is responsible for the worldwide marketing of Surface to commercial, public sector, and educational organizations. Working closely with a broad network of partners, his team helps people do great things with the most productive devices on the planet,
including Surface Go, Surface Pro, Surface Laptop, Surface Studio, Surface Book, and Surface Hub. In his 15 years at Microsoft, Ali served in several leadership positions, ranging from developer evangelism to product management, spanning commercial, business operations, consumer and online. Prior to Microsoft, Ali was a senior consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York. Ali holds a B.A. from Yale University, an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, and an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
