As Customer Performance Director, Alfonso's main goal is to provide to airlines all the necessary results, insights, and key learnings to make important decisions regarding the future direction of their eCommerce business.
Since he joined EveryMundo, he began working with airlines, recommending strategies, and supporting tactics to reach
defined goals and objectives for SEM, SEO, and Google Analytics. He loves trending topics, analyzing data, keeping up on the latest features, functions, and tools available so he excels at his work.
Alfonso's passions include traveling globally, visiting new places, and immersing himself in the unique culture of each new city he visits. This drove him to visit more than 45 countries around the world, studying abroad in France, China, and Mexico achieving a master's degree in Digital Marketing. He plays tennis and volleyball vigorously and spends weekends capitalizing on the tropical, cosmopolitan opportunities of life in Miami.
