Alexander Siffrin is president of the managing board of keyDrive. He founded Key-Systems in October 1998, while being a student at the University of Saarland, and led the company from an academic sideline to a global player in the domain business. He continues to work as Key-Systems CEO.
Alexander was born in 1976 in Saarbrücken, Germany. From
1983 to 1986 he went to the school of the German embassy in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia. In the year 1987 he moved back to Germany and attended the grammar school 'Gymnasium Schloss Hagerhof' in Bad Honnef / Rhein. From 1992 to 1995 Alexander Siffrin lived in La Paz, Bolivia and finished the school 'Colegio Mariscal Braun' with the general qualification for university entrance in 1995. From 1996 to 2001 he studied physics and computer science at the University of the Saarland.
