The organization specializes in equity, debt, and hybrid financing that is adaptable and flexible for all significant and OTC exchange-listed companies. In addition to specializing in buildings, they tackle every possibility with an open mind. It works closely with businesses to identify the best financing or restructuring options.
Dillon was Vice President of Special Situations from May 2011 until May 2013 at MD Global Partners, LLC. This boutique investment firm provides consulting services for, among other investments, acquisitions and mergers, structured financing, and public equity.
