Alex is a Tax Attorney with specialization in the areas of real estate and corporate law. Alex attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate degree and the University of San Diego School of Law for his J.D. He is also the attorney for Downtown Works. Alex is licensed to practice law in California. He received an LL.M in Taxation from
the University of San Diego School of Law and opened his legal practice, Zyman Law, in 2017 in order to put into practice his learnings from 7 years of practicing law and tax accounting. Zyman Law advises clients in business and corporate matters, real estate transactions, and tax-related engagements. During his time at USD School of Law, Alex volunteered at the Legal Clinics on campus that worked with low-income taxpayers needing representation before the IRS and the CA Franchise Tax Board.
