Mr. Shar joined RiT in 1995 and held various R&D positions. Mr. Shar led the Hardware Development at RiT before he was promoted to the VP R&D position.
With over three decades’ career in the private and government sectors, he brings a vast experience in the development of intelligent electronic systems for air industry corporations and
telecommunications companies in Israeland abroad.
Mr. Shar holds a M. Sc. Degree in Electronics Engineering from Ufa University of Aeronautics, Russia.
