Platform. Since 2010, he has been simultaneously working on Opti and pursuing a doctorate in Hydro Informatics at Tufts University. His doctoral research focuses on discovery of publicly available hydrologic data sets. Mr. Bedig holds an MS in Water Resources Engineering and a BS in Engineering Science from Tufts University.
