Having gained experience in the financial audit department at PwC, Ales initially joined Credo Ventures in 2013 for an internship. Afterwards, for a year, he worked as industry analyst at Google Czech Republic. In 2015, Ales returned to Credo as analyst on a full time basis. Among other things, he is responsible for the fund's financial
matters and helping portfolio companies with budgeting. Ales graduated from Charles University in Prague where he studied international relations, focusing mainly on global energy security and ethnic tensions in Africa.
