Mr Harrow has over 20 years’ experience in the electronics payments industry with Dione, Lipman, VeriFone and most recently Zetes, a provider of mobile solutions in retail, manufacturing, transport and logistics.
Throughout his
career, Alec has held several significant senior management roles, including Head of QA & Customer Support, Technical Director, Operations Director, Vice President of Client Services, Senior Director Operations and Managing Director. A champion of best practice, he specializes in improving customer service, operational efficiency and delivering scalability utilizing ITIL, Kaizen, Lean, and TAS management disciplines.
Mr. Harrow qualified in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Thames Valley University and is a founding Associate of the Chartered Quality Institute.
