Albert Gnägi (1944), a resident of Zollikon, has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of RobecoSAM AG (formerly SAM Group Holding AG) since early 2007. Gnägi was a successful independent attorney for more than 30 years and enjoys an outstanding reputation, particularly in his field of specialization: corporate, commercial and inheritance law. In
addition to his professional know-how, Gnägi has extensive experience from his membership on the boards of other companies, including his positions as Chairman of the Board of listed Forbo Holding AG (since 2005), and formerly of Selecta Group (1997-2001) and Immuno International AG (1991-1997).
Moreover, his commitment extends to activities in socially-oriented institutions, namely in his functions as former President of the Sanitas Hospital Foundation and Member of the Board of Trustees of See-Spital and Pestalozzi Foundation.
