Alan was previously the President and COO of OmniLytics, Inc., a bacteriophage manufacturer and biotech company. Alan also served as CEO of Easyplug, Inc. (formerly Inari and Intelogis), a fabless semiconductor joint venture between Schneider
Electric and Thomson Multimedia developing powerline networking solutions. Prior to co-founding Easyplug, Alan co-founded “VII.COM”, an Internet Service Provider and worked at Novell as a Senior HW/SW Engineer. Alan speaks Japanese and has extensive experience in Asia and Europe.
