Alan’s product team is responsible for designing the user-friendly, but feature-rich services Line2 customers love. After fifteen years in mobile communications, Alan was drawn to Line2 to help accelerate the transition of calls and text to a truly virtual space, where you can access them on
any device, anywhere. A mechanical engineer, Alan started his career as a product designer at IDEO (he holds over 10 patents and has earned multiple design awards). From there, he moved into product management at LightSurf and VeriSign, merging his love of great products with the technical and consumer challenges of mobile messaging and Tier 1 network organizations. Alan understands that staying connected while on business travel isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.
