Alan Krock serves as our Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining InvenSense in 2011, Mr. Krock served as the Chief Financial Officer of Beceem Communications, Inc. from January 2010 until its acquisition in January 2011, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PMC-Sierra, Inc. from November 2002 until March 2007, Vice President of Corporate
Affairs for PMC-Sierra, Inc. from March 2007 until March 2008, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Device Technology, Inc. from January 1998 until November 2002. Mr Krock was a member of the board of directors of Netlogic Microsystems Inc. from 2005 until its acquisition in 2012. Mr. Krock received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley School of Business, and is a California Certified Public Accountant.
