Alan K. Halfenger is a Partner at ACA Compliance Group and serves as the global head of ACA’s diversified financial services practice. Alan focuses his practice on helping CCOs and GCs develop cost-effective compliance solutions through budgeting, outsourcing, and compliance technology. He also serves as ACA’s subject matter expert on global
anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and OFAC matters.
Prior to joining ACA, Alan served as the Global Chief Compliance Officer for Bain Capital LLC. He also served in various legal and compliance roles at JPMorgan, Citi, Price Waterhouse, and NatWest Capital Markets.
Recently, Alan was honored as one of the Top Minds 2016 by Compliance Week magazine.
