Alan Farquharson is the Senior Vice President of Reservoir Engineering and Economics at Range Resources Corporation since January 2012. Alan joined Range in 1998. Alan has held the positions of Manager and Vice President of Reservoir Engineering before being promoted to Senior Vice President of Reservoir Engineering in February 2007 and his current
position in January 2012 with his assumption of additional responsibilities for strategic allocation of capital.
Previously, Alan held positions with Union Pacific Resources including Engineering Manager Business Development of International.
Before that, Alan held various technical and managerial positions at Amoco and Hunt Oil.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
